This hotel offers incredible value for money. The prices are affordable, especially compared to other options in the area. The attention to detail is evident in the clean and comfortable rooms, which come with all the necessary amenities including a big bed and good facilities. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the metro station and close to several shopping malls, making it convenient for exploring the city.

No major issues, everything was great.

The staff is absolutely brilliant - apart from the language barrea as most of the staff can't really communicate in English. The service was the best ever!

The hotel is located in the centre of town. Staff is friendly and speaks English. The room was spacious and well furnished. Curious things like Pre-ecological geyser water are for sale, as well as many varieties of tea.

The hotel has a problem with it's airco, the room smelled of mould, and so did the corridors and lounge. This gave us a claustrophobic feeling, and we started falling sick after three nights. Chinese breakfast was good, the choice of Western food was rather limited.

This hotel is a hidden gem! The location is perfect, with several malls and the Metro station just a short walk away. The staff here is incredibly helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms are well-equipped with everything you need, including twin beds and fantastic facilities. The views from the rooms are also quite impressive. And the breakfast spread is simply delicious, with a great variety of Asian dishes and even some Western options.

Location is very convenient. 5 min walking distance to Metro. Supermarket, shopping malls and decent dining places nearby too. Service was excellent. Staff tried their best to fulfill our requests, e.g. provided modem for multiple internet connection points, power extension cable, umbrellas when it was raining, helped us to warm up our food. Free shuttle bus service to convention centre, not just during Canton Fair, but whenever there are trade fairs there. When shuttle bus service became too popular, they took the initiative to arrange for additional bus trips. Provided free breakfast even though it was not listed as such when we booked. Had absolutely no problems checking in at 3 am. Awesome value for money choice.

Hotel Staff could speak poor English so that the conversation had to be done by my girlfriend.

I got a good deal during the Canton fair. They also have free shuttle to and from the fair ground (so as the other hotels). English is limited but they try to be as helpful as they can.

It is a little bit old. There is no English tv channel. There is free internet but it is not Wifi.

Friendly staff, free transfers, good location, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, convenient massage parlour.

No complaints.

Best part was location was perfect if you need to go to the Pazhou complex, only 10 min drive. The decor was nice in room 1107

What I didn't like was the beds- they were rock hard. We were in room 1107 and they showed me room 1310 and both were extremely hard. ( I like a firm bed but the carpet floor was softer!!!!) I felt for a hotel that gets hundreds of international tourists through their doors during the Canton Fair, they only had 2 staff members that understood and spoke english well. Not good enough. I asked for a map and they only had chinese ones and the person in the business centre didnt speak english!

We loved the convenient location very close to a metro station, with easy transportation options to everything. Also, the staff was incredibly helpful and kind, assisting us even with little English. The breakfast had good variety at a reasonable price. Finally, we were impressed with the cleanliness and hotel facilities.

Not good offer on food

Near to Shipaiqaio Metro station. Only 3 min of walking. 15 min by metro to Guanzhou East Railway station. So, if you are interested of traveling to Shanzhen, then this location is good for you. A lot of shops around.

Note about "no smoking" room before if you need it. Cause we have smoked without notice.
